Healing After Birth is a medically-informed, trauma-conscious group class that prepares you for the emotional, physical, and mental aspects of postpartum recovery—before you give birth.

Created and led by a NICU-trained nurse, quality and safety expert, and mother of two, this live session bridges the gaps in traditional childbirth education with realistic, evidence-based preparation for the fourth trimester.

This Class Covers Essential Aspects of Medical Recovery:

• Understanding postpartum physiological changes (bleeding, perineal/c-section healing, breast changes, fatigue)

• Navigating maternal mental health: postpartum depression, anxiety, and mood disorders

• Sign & Symptoms for when to seek Emergency Care and how to advocate for your recovery needs

• Creating a postpartum care plan with medical, emotional, and logistical considerations

• Setting boundaries that support nervous system regulation and safe healing
