Shipping policy

During weekdays we strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order on the weekend, it be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping charges paid to ship your order are non-refundable and you are responsible to ship the order back to us. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Asher & Arnold. This charge will be deducted from the returned total if Asher & Arnold provides the shipping label.

Please verify the shipping address prior to purchase. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that was entered at purchase. 

We are not responsible for your purchase once it is shipped. We will not replace items lost during shipping. If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
